Position Objective:

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales deals. This individual will focus on enhancing operational efficiency for clients while achieving personal and company sales targets. Leveraging expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and BPO industries, the Sales Director will craft customer-centric solutions that address pain points and elevate client satisfaction. By aligning company offerings with customer needs, this position will contribute significantly to the company's market presence and long-term revenue growth.

Position Summary:
  • Skilled in a "Hunter" consultative sales approach, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Translate client pain points into customized BPO solution offerings.
  • Skilled in selling scalable solutions to insurance carriers in key operational areas, including:
    • Underwriting
    • Customer Service
    • Policy and Claims Administration
  • Present and demonstrate company products or services to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategically align services to client needs to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Hunter mindset with proven capability in identifying and driving sales opportunities.

Work Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales within the insurance P&C industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling scalable solutions for operational areas such as underwriting, customer service, and claims administration.
  • Proficiency in BPO solutions and alignment with industry requirements.
