Position Overview

The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is vital for managing the companys financial health, implementing budgets, and providing strategic analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
• Conduct audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Perform variance analysis to track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee cash flow management and optimize liquidity.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Implement and maintain effective ERP systems and accounting software solutions.
• Support strategic planning through financial analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software, particularly Sage Intaact and Adaptive.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
