Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases (office, retail, and industrial), loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
• Manage real estate due diligence, including title and survey review, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance.
• Represent clients in a variety of real estate transactions including commercial and mixed-use development, ground leases, and 1031 exchanges.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on real estate development and investment projects.
• Coordinate with opposing counsel, title companies, consultants, and local government agencies to facilitate closings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience, preferably from a reputable law firm or in-house real estate legal team
• Strong experience with commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and financing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
