ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

• Analyzes existing business practices
• Creates plans for future business transformation projects
• Negotiates for the resources required for a successful project.
• Builds plans and charters that detail the approach to run and complete projects across multiple lines of business
• Plans and conducts customer interviews to gather information, detail business and technical requirements
• Formulates process improvement recommendations
• Translates business needs into requirements and functional designs of new or modified applications
• Oversees the creation, completion and overall quality of key deliverables
• Meets with key business managers and leaders to discuss and determine improvement opportunities
• Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts and application process inefficiencies
• Manages the planning and execution of testing and training efforts on all projects
• Promotes the clear understanding of the new policies, processes and procedures
• Ensures that the existing business is minimally impacted by the transformative work being conducted by the team
• Provides expert guidance to business customers regarding business process design and improvement and the use of enterprise applications
• Onboards new Team Members from customer teams by providing mentoring

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years' of experience in business analysis or project management
• Knowledge of distribution, supply chain or manufacturing industries/businesses
• Advanced NetSuite ERP, NetSuite CRM, NetSuite WMS and Qlik Bl skills
