Join our Enterprise Technology Services team!

Collaborating with our Manager, you will be a part of the System Reliability and DevOps team to ensure technical issues are resolved to maintain business continuity.

How will you contribute:

  • Responsible for engineering and daily administration of the Managed File Transfer services and how the applications, users, and customers work with those services.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of Trading Partner configurations in Sterling File Gateway.
  • Creation of Business Processes, schedules, etc. in Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Maintaining stability and performance of the Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Control Center and Sterling Secure Proxy environments.
  • Responsible for crafting standard processes for Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Assisting in defining project requirements and performing business analysis using industry standard practices.
  • Responsible for training resources in the use of Sterling File Gateway and Sterling B2B Integrator; mentoring in a team-oriented environment.
  • Installation and tuning of Sterling Integrator products.
  • Providing system support within a high availability on-call rotational environment to users for issue resolution.


Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years working with Sterling File Gateway and Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Solid understanding of file transfer protocols including HTTPs, SFTP, FTPS, AS2 and Connect:Direct.
  • Knowledge of Aspera Faspex.
  • Knowledge of PGP encrypt/decrypt.
  • Knowledge of BPML.
  • Experience working in Windows and UNIX environments.
  • Experience with MS SQL database environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications to collaborate within a team.
  • Strong writing/documenting skills.
  • The ability to be flexible and multi-task as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range is expected to be between
$71,925.00 CAD - $119,875.00 CAD
