Role Summary

This is a junior level role focused on supporting the space data management / CAD and migration planning coordination aspects within the facility management organization. The role is dedicated full-time on-site with the client account, reporting into the JLL facility management lead, with leadership oversight from the JLL Occupancy Planning platform.

Activities / Deliverables

Migration Planning
Coordinate with the facilities team, AV, Health and Safety, Security, facility engineers, and administrative staff.
Support move migration planning within Northern California, team and group moves.
Role Summary

Activities / Deliverables

Migration Planning
Coordinate with the facilities team, AV, Health and Safety, Security, facility engineers, and administrative staff.
Support move migration planning within Northern California, team and group moves.
Support occupancy and space programming, migration and scenario planning development (end-state blocking plans by business group)
Support migration plan (phasing and move sequencing) once final scenario is approved
Organize adjacency requirements, occupancy information, and communicate the development of final move plans (employee names to seats)
Coordinate ergonomic specialists, signage, and related items for moves, as necessary.
Support move team with timeline and instructional emails to employees, business partners and stakeholders for moves.

Scenario Planning CAD Deliverables
Test fits (not for construction) using AutoCAD, as required.
Complete space plan furniture layouts for Meetings and Events, as necessary.

Space Data Management / CAD maintenance support
Works with clarity and consistency with measurements and calculations of occupancy metrics related to capacity, population, vacancy, density, utilization and mobility; maintains a high level of trust in data quality with the CAFM system: FM Interact.
Review AutoCAD drawing files and prepare plans with standards for CAFM upload.
Ensure AutoCAD drawings are provided in accordance with Client approved standards including layering conventions, annotations, space / area type function identification, area coding, seat coding, and other attributes as required.
Ensure all CAD files are correct, complete, and most up-to-date for review.
Ensure all changes from previous background versions are integrated.
Update and maintain a library of drawings in accessible formats.
Finalize drawings into as-built after project completion.
Provide published drawings as needed for review and submission.
Compliance with space standards (i.e. BOMA if applicable) and associated poly-lining.
Revise AutoCAD drawing backgrounds when reconfigurations occur due to project construction completion.

Interaction

To ensure accurate reporting of information, and foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, communication channels will exist with Planners and Facility managers to review and resolve geography-specific forecasts, needs, concerns, and issues.
Integration with Facilities and Project Management teams and clearly defined process for drawing updates
Global CAD Variable team liaison, if applicable

Technology Proficiency
Proficient in AutoCAD for updating architectural as-built and furniture layouts; BIM a plus (but not required).
Excellent MS skills including: Power Point, Excel, Word.
Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables
Understanding of CAFM systems and experienced in using its data to deliver projects (i.e. Archibus, FMS, Manhattan, Tririga or similar)
Understanding of and experience in construction drawings and documents preffered.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex information in a straightforward manner
Must have a strong understanding of architectural and furniture plans.

Education
Degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering or Architecture
Up to 3 years minimum work experience in CAD/CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment; occupancy or space planning for corporate clients; or interior office planning, move/project management or related Facilities function in a corporate real estate setting as a vendor or end user.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

77,900.00 - 112,900.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
