Summary of Job Description:
The Supervisor of Talent Development position is responsible for conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. This position facilitates GO classes of all levels and monitors and evaluates training program effectiveness. This position also provides feedback on GO participant performance. The L&D Training Supervisor supervises a team of L&D Trainers, coaching and developing team members to elevate their performance.

The Supervisor of Talent Development position is responsible for conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. This position facilitates GO classes of all levels and monitors and evaluates training program effectiveness. This position also provides feedback on GO participant performance. The L&D Training Supervisor supervises a team of L&D Trainers, coaching and developing team members to elevate their performance.
You'll get a chance to:
- Conducts training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. Delivers training for all levels of the company in both in-person and virtual classes. Assesses gaps and provides training solutions. Stays current on learning trends and approaches to incorporate in Learning & Development offerings.
- Assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness based on feedback and other evaluation techniques to ensure participants understand and are able to apply the learning.
- Assists in training for two to three regions within the organization by assisting with train the trainer sessions, supporting centralized and organizational cascades.
- Assists in developing training materials to address gaps in knowledge, skills, and competency.
- Assists in analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating training materials to include interactive instructor-led courses, self-directed learning, online learning, job aids, and other performance-based solutions.
- Supervises a team of L&D Trainers. Oversees their day-to-day work. Coaches and develops these associates to elevate their performance.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Operations and a year of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment; formal training in facilitation skills from a reputable training organization.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
