Job Duties as a Right of Way/Senior Right of Way Agent
Join Liberty Core Consultants as a Right of Way/Senior Right of Way Agent, a pivotal role requiring over 3 years of expertise in land and rights of way acquisition. You will be responsible for essential functions in pipeline projects, including developing preliminary routes, cost estimates, and schedules. Your insights will shape and prepare reports on easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims, while you negotiate legal agreements associated with real property. Collaborating with various agencies, you'll identify and acquire essential permits at local, state, and federal levels. Your negotiation skills will come into play as you investigate and resolve damage claims, along with representing the company in public meetings and legal proceedings.
