Pay Range: $33.85 - $55.00 / hour

Job Highlights :
Under direction of the coordinator, to select, train, and supervise technologists in the department. To ensure smooth operation of the department and excellent performance of the technologist staff.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Participates in the selection of new staff.
2. Responsible for the orientation of new technologists. Develops orientation plan and documents successful achievement of orientation.
3. Responsible for the performance evaluation of technologist staff. Ensures that technologists perform all duties efficiently and effectively.
4. Participates in the corrective action process, if needed.
5. In collaboration with the coordinator, ensures smooth patient flow.
6. Responsible for the preparation of the time schedule for technologists. Ensures adequate staff is available at all times.
7. Carries out all duties of a technologist.

Qualifications
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology and three (3) years of experience in Interventional Radiology procedures required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Page 2 of 3 Licenses / Certifications / Registrations Currently registered as a Registered Technologist (R.T.(ARRT)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
