Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in automotive parts? Join our dynamic team as a Quality Engineer, where you'll lead the charge in maintaining and improving the quality of supplier parts for new vehicle projects. Your role will be pivotal in guaranteeing that our parts meet international standards and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control Leadership:Spearhead quality inspection and improvement activities for supplier parts, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Operational Excellence:Execute the Operation Plan to ensure part quality, including field claim analysis, supplier management, and part inspection.
  • Problem-Solving:Analyze the root causes of part issues, implement improvement activities, and lead quality meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facility Management:Oversee quality facility and equipment management, manage investment costs, and establish supplementary investments.
  • Event Coordination:Prepare, consult, and coordinate external events to showcase our commitment to quality.
  • Project Participation:Play a crucial role in new vehicle projects by preparing for inspections, establishing quality plans, and responding to evaluations.

Top Skills:
  • Investigative Expertise:Proven experience in investigating mechanical and electrical parts, with a strong preference for automotive industry experience.
  • Industry Experience:At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • Technical Proficiency:Ability to understand drawings and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Quality Management:In-depth understanding of quality management systems.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Educational Background :Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience:2+ years of experience in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • Automotive Expertise:Specific experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.


Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
Extensive medical coverage (company covers 93%). Dental. Vision. 401k. "Circle program". Car discounts for Hyundai vehicles. Relocation offered for anyone outside of 100 miles between $5,000-7,000.

This is a fully onsite position in Ellabell,GA.
