Position Summary
The Bioanalytical Research (BAR) group within Discovery Pharmaceutics and Analytical Sciences (DPAS) is responsible for bioanalytical Discovery support including pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD)/biomarkers, and Immunogenicity assessment. The responsibilities of the groups include suitable LCMS or LBA assay development and implementation and providing timely high-quality decisional bioanalytical data for progression of assets from Discovery to Development.
The candidate for this position will work closely with Discovery teams as well as other bioanalytical colleagues for developing best suited analytical strategies and assay implementation and will be responsible for providing LBA assay development and subsequent analyses.
This is an On Site position located in our Princeton, NJ location.

Position Summary

The candidate for this position will work closely with Discovery teams as well as other bioanalytical colleagues for developing best suited analytical strategies and assay implementation and will be responsible for providing LBA assay development and subsequent analyses.
This is an On Site position located in our Princeton, NJ location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assay-development and quantification of targeted proteins in biological samples (plasma, tissue homogenates, etc.) using LBA and allied techniques, e.g., immunoprecipitation, SEC, Ion-exchange chromatography, SPR, SDS-PAGE.
- ADA analyses for PK/Tox Discovery studies in higher species
- Work in a team environment to integrate LBA and LC-MS, affinity technologies and multidimensional protein separation to differentiate and quantify drugs, metabolites, and protein biomarkers in biological matrices.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary research environment to address bioanalytical issues related to discovery programs and provide input into bioanalytical strategies.
- Represent the department on project teams and present data at internal department and / or other company meetings as well as external conferences.
- Maintain good laboratory practices and documentation (ELN)

- 10+ years of academic and / or industry experience
