Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Compensation: ~ +/- $90,000-$120,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and certify structural design for residential and light commercial projects
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines and budgets
- Perform structural analysis and prepare detailed design calculations
- Draft and review structural plans and project documentation
- Respond to RFIs, perform design and job site reviews
- Collaborate across disciplines and support project construction phases
- Mentor junior staff and provide QA/QC oversight
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Active Florida PE license
- ~ 3-5+ years of structural engineering experience (wood/masonry structures)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and RISA 3D
- Solid knowledge of Florida Building Code and IBC
- Experience with shallow and deep foundation systems
- Familiarity with engineered wood products and truss systems
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Revit
- Background in both residential and light commercial design
- Knowledge of additional building materials (steel, concrete, etc.)

- Potential for occasional overtime
