Project Engineer

Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Project Engineer in Alpharetta, GA. We are looking for candidates experienced and interested in Residential Civil Land Development.

General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conceptualizing the initial design approach for a major phase of a large project or having overall responsibility for the engineering work on a project of limited scope
• Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates engineering work involving conventional engineering practices but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements.
• May work as an Assistant Project Manager
• Supervision of less experienced engineers or technical support personnel is exercised on an assignment basis and is not an ongoing substantial component at this level
• Exercises judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria
• Determines additional information that is needed from internal clients and coordinates them directly with internal team.
• Makes basic decisions regarding alternative procedures when information is not given

Required:

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Experienced with Civil 3D
• Residential Land Development experience
• 5+ years of post-graduate experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships

Preferred:

• Subdivision experience

Job order details:
Conceptual design approach for major phase of subdivisions (300-600+ lots) for multi-family and apartments land development projects.

Pay range: $90,000 - $140,000 annual salary
Term of assignment: Direct Hire
Location of job: Alpharetta, GA 30005
Hours and shift: Monday - Thursday (9 Hours) + Friday (4 Hours)

Work attire: Casual (collared shirt, jeans)
