Make a difference in the community. Join our team at Lutheran Downtown Hospital located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Nurse practitioner (NP) candidates need to have hospital medicine (HM) experience. Our clinicians work 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm. This is a busy practice with a wide range of acuity.
