We are looking for a C2 Network Systems Engineer to join our team to support the Mid-Range Capability program.
The successful candidate will serve as C2 Network Systems Engineer for the Program Executive Office - Missiles and Space Mid-Range Capability Project Office (MRCPO), which is responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the Army's Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missile system.

Estimated Salary Range: $135,000-$160,000

The successful candidate will serve as C2 Network Systems Engineer for the Program Executive Office - Missiles and Space Mid-Range Capability Project Office (MRCPO), which is responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the Army's Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missile system.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Advise MRCPO in the design, development, fielding, and modernization of the Battery Operation Center (BOC) as part of the Army Mid-Range Capability.
- Assist with the systems architecture and federated integration of the:
- Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS)
- Aegis Weapon System (AWS)
- Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
- Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) in the MRC Battery Operations Center.
- Other duties as assigned.
At a minimum you should have:
- US Citizenship and an active SECRET security clearance.
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- 10+ years experience in system engineering.
- 5 of those 10 years should be experience in systems engineering for a DoD weapons system acquisition program office or OEM Experience in network/IP configurations management.
You will be highly desirable if you have:
- An active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience with technical missile system fire direction and power systems development.
- Experience with the:
- Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS)
- Aegis Weapon System (AWS)
- Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
- Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS).
- Experience with fielded DoD internet terminal systems (Starlink, SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP), T2Network Systems).
- Experience conducting reviews of entrance and exit criteria.
- Knowledge of system interface requirements and requirements management as well as techniques to drive system behaviors.
