The Fire Protection Project Manager will oversee and manage fire protection projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to deliver projects that meet quality, time, and budget specifications.

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to deliver projects that meet quality, time, and budget specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fire protection projects including planning, execution, and delivery phases.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national fire protection regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement fire protection systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential fire hazards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fire protection project management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including alarms, sprinklers, and detection systems.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Certification in fire protection or project management is a plus.
