Job Summary:
Lockton Dunning Benefits is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. This role involves managing social media, email marketing, website content, SEO, and online advertising efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven, with a passion for digital marketing trends and best practices.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage relationships with digital and video vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Strategize, execute and oversee digital campaign strategies, including paid media, content marketing, and audience targeting.
Lead social media strategy and execution, including content planning, posting, community management, and engagement.
Lead series efforts to support the associate social media advocacy program, driving employee engagement and brand amplification.
Conduct digital competitive analyses, monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices.
Drive video content strategy, including production planning, distribution, and performance tracking.
Develop and implement web strategy, ensuring an optimized user experience, content updates, and performance tracking.
Execute other digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, programmatic advertising, and retargeting.
Manage internal and external digital communications, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline messaging and initiatives.
Support producers and leaders by providing consultative digital insights, best practices, and promotional strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to optimize future initiatives.
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovations to enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success managing campaigns end-to-end
Social Media & Management: Sprinklr, all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Video & Design: Vimeo, Adobe, Canva
Email Marketing & Web Tools: Google Ads, Various email marketing platforms, web analytics, and content management tool
SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, SEO tool
Excellent analytical skills and experience translating data into marketing insight
Strong project management and communication skill
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple projects at once
Is able to work well within a team environment, have good communications skills, and is able to take creative direction
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle constructive criticism
Excellent customer service skill
