Job Summary
The Lockers and Logistics Director will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and support of our intelligent locker systems and logistics solutions. The role requires experience leading a small team providing specialized products and excellent customer service experience, an understanding of low volume manufacturing and software support processes would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new opportunities with internal and external customers to review configurations and pricing.
Support sales to pursue new partner opportunities to expand our customer base and market reach.
Manufacturing Leadership:
Oversee the manufacturing of intelligent lockers, HawkEye document scanners, and CEE time clock systems, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production schedules.
Manage supply chain operations to minimize costs and ensure on-time, quality deliveries
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize manufacturing processes and introduce innovative technologies.
Logistics Solutions:
Work closely with the Mexico-based team to develop and implement effective logistics solutions for package tracking, hospitality and visitor management.
Ensure seamless integration between our products and logistics software, including Locker control, ExelaTrack, ExelaShip, Kiosk, H360, etc.
Customer Support:
Provide oversight for the field service team to ensure timely and effective support for our installed base of systems.
Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ideally an understanding of customer service principles and manufacturing best practices.
Additional Considerations
Experience with intelligent locker systems, logistics software, or related technologies would be a significant advantage.
