The Senior Manager Corporate Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for all BRF brands in order to attract new customers and retain existing ones. They are great business leaders as they play a critical role in aligning brand and creative direction with the company's goals. They will create content to promote awareness and understanding of BRF and BRF brands, internally and externally, through the development.t of high-impact, integrated marketing initiatives. They will deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution helping to lead the organization to profitable and sustainable growth. They build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing marketing strategy and metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Integrated Marketing
- Develop and execute annual marketing plan that aligns with BRF business strategies leveraging program analytics, consumer, customer, and competitive insights. Oversee brand and private label go-to-market strategy driving growth in the retail, food service and e-commerce channels.
- Partner with agencies to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns for BRF brands which may include advertising, media buy, video production, email marketing, direct mail, PR, printing, event planning, signage strategies, digital media, and other brand enhancing assets.
Asset Management
- Create and implement corporate marketing and brand strategies that result in consistent branding, messaging, and positioning. Evaluate concepts and executions against requirements of brief, strategic alignment, and consumer impact.
- Lead development of and maintain brand assets and templates for all BRF brands, products, and services. Develop and maintain all organization capabilities information and presentations.
Marketing Operations
- Build strong working relationships and routines across the organization and with network of agency partners and vendors to deliver plans as a holistic team.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Manage relationships with creative agencies. Participate in scope development with procurement. Maintain and report on partnerships twice per year leveraging performance scorecards.
PR & Social Media
- Implement programs with the media that support and complement business strategies. Provide both proactive and reactive media services that enhance the organization's image and position. Build and maintain media relationships while proactively engaging media stakeholders to shape key messages among target audiences.
- Manage agencies, PR firms, and freelancers for the purpose of building assets and effectively communicating strategy.
Budget Management
- Prepare annual marketing budgets and forecast ROI for all marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Deliver marketing activities within an established budget.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA Preferred.
- Minimum of seven (7+) years of corporate marketing experience.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and media plans.
- Experience creating corporate branding, capabilities, and collateral content to be used both internally and externally across the enterprise.
- Experience successfully managing relationships with multiple vendors.
- Experience developing media strategies and content
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Knowledge of and ability to imagine, develop and apply basic marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT Analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, consumer segmentation) used in the development of marketing plans.

- Ability to independently prioritize and juggle multiple matters at once.
