About the Role:
We are immediately hiring an experienced Senior Account Executive, Advertiser Solutions for Mobile App to join our team in New York on a hybrid schedule. This new role on our sales team will lead both new advertiser relationships, as well current partners, to fulfill their business needs and optimize potential for our publishers. The successful candidate will have a proven history of sales success with Mobile App, exceeding revenue targets through active selling, account management, program implementation and managing terms and expectations for clients.
This role requires strong communication skills with stakeholders across both PubMatic and our clients, from associate to senior leadership. Internally, the role requires close collaboration with groups including Technical Operations, Publisher Sales, Publisher Account Management, local and global Ad Solutions team members and the global Product Management teams.

Compensation Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.

What You'll Do:
- Drive sales of Mobile App inventory across all major agencies and advertisers, working in partnership with the generalist sales team
- Grow platform spend to meet and exceed goals while continuously prospecting new business
- Identify the right decision makers within in-house teams to pitch the value and drive activation of Mobile App business
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and ongoing direct client management and entertainment
- Work with ad partners proactively to provide media packaging of publisher opportunities resulting in higher publisher revenue
- Create activation paths for direct clients to access media, such as auction packages
- Develop a strong understanding of PubMatic's technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective; communicate the value proposition to drive business growth
- Develop strong cross-functional working relationships with internal partners
- Attend mobile-specific industry events and conferences to network and grow your industry knowledge
- Be an integral part of a fast paced, hardworking, fun loving, global team
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of direct sales experience with Mobile App inventory to agencies and advertisers
- Experience with programmatic advertising, including pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologies
- Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business
- Strong presentation (Including PowerPoint) and negotiation skills
- Flexible, start-up mindset with proven success in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated success with packaging & selling Mobile App inventory to buyers
