Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our IT Team as a Workday Integration Developer Analyst.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop technical integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Report as a Service (RaaS), and Workday Extend
  • Display proficiency with Calculated Fields, Web Services, XSLT, MVEL
  • Adhere to Workday best practices for development, including security protocols, naming conventions, and integration template selection
  • Create technical documentation, conduct thorough QA testing, deploy and support integrations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and external parties such as vendors and partners to gather comprehensive requirements, review design, and create functional specifications
  • Monitor status of integration events and take appropriate action in the event of failures/errors/warnings.
  • Contribute to Workday R1/R2 release reviews and testing by identifying impact associated with new release features.


Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education & experience is required with an emphasis in Information Systems, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working on Workday integrations required.
  • Functional knowledge working on integrations in Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain space required.
  • Functional knowledge working on integrations in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, TA required.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio Development required.
  • Proficiency in Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services required.
  • Proficiency in web/XML technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT required.
  • Working knowledge of Java required
  • Proficiency in data migration & conversion and impacts on BPs required.
  • Proficiency in all phases of SDLC, including production support required.
  • Functional knowledge of other Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration and Business Process Configuration preferred.
  • Workday integration certification or PRO required.
  • Workday Extend experience preferred.
  • Prior Workday Partner experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in BIRT preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Jira preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, especially with remote teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
