HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
Support business, data and process Transformations for our energy, oil and gas industry clients

YOU WILL:

• Design and Optimize Processes:
  • Design future-state processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Documentation and Specification:
  • Document detailed functional and technical specifications for business processes and systems.
  • Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for various stakeholders.
• Analysis and Problem-Solving:
  • Conduct thorough analyses to define alternative approaches that satisfy business requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with functional leads and Global Business Process owners to map business processes and related data processes into workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Alignment:
  • Work effectively with both business and technical teams to ensure processes and data align with requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to foster understanding and cooperation.
• Requirements Management:
  • Manage, validate, and prioritize technical data business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all stakeholder needs are accurately captured and addressed.
• Process Documentation:
  • Identify and document existing processes and use cases.
  • Create visual representations of processes using flowcharts, diagrams, and other tools.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role.
• Business Analysis and Process experience in tech and data environments
• 3-5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Strong engineering and engineering surveillance experience
• Strong technical application experience
• Asset Information System experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering and management techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
