Role: Oracle Pl/SQL Technology Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL and PL/SQL, and it is a plus if they have domain experience in Pharmacy Claims.
This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust technology solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to ensure high performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions and processes.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with the Pharmacy Claims team to leverage domain knowledge for better solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Domain Knowledge on Pharmacy Claims

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
