Project Manager

Job Description

Position Overview:
Selectek is seeking a Project Manager for Manufacturing to work directly with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Customers. This role involves maintaining project schedules, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating field service. Periodic domestic and international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to review and evaluate project requirements and schedules.
• Prepare and update various reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Develop project schedules and checklists.
• Coordinate control/instrumentation requirements with electrical engineers.
• Coordinate mechanical requirements with mechanical engineers.
• Follow up with clients regarding project status and unpaid invoices.
• Assist with field service scheduling and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in industrial machinery manufacturing; wastewater treatment equipment experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD; SolidWorks experience is a plus.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually (may consider temp-to-perm for the right candidate).

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
