We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specialized in SWIFT Payments to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving our payment processing strategies, ensuring seamless and efficient transaction flows across our platforms. As a senior-level professional, your expertise will be vital in bridging the gap between business objectives and IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with collaborators to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, while also providing insights and recommendations to enhance our SWIFT payment services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SWIFT network, financial payment systems, and regulatory requirements affecting payment transactions.

In this role, you will
- Analyze complex business requirements related to SWIFT payments and deliver actionable insights - MT103, MT202, MX (pacs.008 and pacs.009).
- Develop and document detailed functional specifications for new payment system features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on payment processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential payment processing issues.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users regarding SWIFT payment processes and tools.
What you'll need to succeed (required skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on payment systems or financial services.
- Hands on experience in Payment domain - Cross border payment, Swift payment, Domestic payment, Swift messages, ISO20022, PAIN.001, PACS.008, PACS.009, MT103, MT202 etc.
- Experience in International Remittances
- Experience in SWIFT MT - MX Messages Conversion/Mapping
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- IBM MQ & some middleware knowledge
- SQL - Basic queries to view the financial data
- Agile and JIRA experience
