Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
FT positions available, days, flexible shift options 8, 9 hours
Full-time Allergy nurse opportunity in a growing, fast paced, multi-site practice. Seeking applicants that enjoy being part of a team including nurses, support staff, physicians and APPs. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Telephone triage, care of patients of all ages, clinical support, allergy skin testing, medication and food challenges, administration of immunotherapy and biologics, spirometry and patient education. RN applicant must be motivated and have 2 years of clinical experience. BLS Required, PEARS training preferred or arranged on hire.
