Reporting directly to the President of CLEAR, as Senior Director, Corporate Development & Strategy, you will be a force multiplier across the business, shaping the future of CLEAR through strategic deals, enterprise partnerships, and mission-critical initiatives. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, and a unique chance for a high-performing, analytically minded professional to serve as a thought partner and strategic leader, helping to drive commercial strategy and execution at the highest levels of the organization. You'll work closely with the C-Suite and Board, lead cross-functional teams, and build the strategic partnerships that define CLEAR's next chapter.

The base salary range for this role is $225,000-$275,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units

What you'll do:
- Drive high-impact strategic enterprise partnerships by developing and managing the strategy and pipeline across travel, credit card, and other key enterprise verticals
- Own M&A strategy and execution, including sourcing, diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning
- Lead critical cross-functional strategic projects in partnership with the President to drive key growth initiatives across the CLEAR Plus and CLEAR1 business lines
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the President, helping evaluate and execute on the most important initiatives across the company

- Successful structuring and execution of enterprise partnerships
- Highly effective internal and external stakeholder management and relationships
- Impactful M&A transactions, integrations and business outcomes from deals
- Executive alignment and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional initiatives
- A reputation as a go-to strategist and leader who can drive outcomes and get things done quickly
What you're great at:
- Experience in corporate development, M&A, and strategic partnerships, preferably within consumer, travel, or technology (Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting preferred)
- Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to work, influence, and build relationships cross-functionally
- Rigorous data-driven approach to strategic business problems with both commercial and analytical orientation
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-stakes projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Executive presence and crisp communication style- you're comfortable in the room with C-level leaders and can influence teams across levels
- A builder and problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving priorities, and scaling environments
- Humble, hard-working and mission-driven with a commitment to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
