Position Overview:

As an HVAC Sales Manager at Environmental Systems Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and overseeing the performance of the sales team. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our HVAC division.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the HVAC sales team, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for continuous team development.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
  • HVAC License for the State of CT.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
