Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in FileNet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that align with our business objectives. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of FileNet solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of FileNet applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team on FileNet best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the integration of FileNet with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for FileNet solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to FileNet ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Stay updated with the latest FileNet technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities providing accurate estimates and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all FileNet implementations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality FileNet solutions that enhance business operations and drive growth.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

  • Have experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of security and regulatory requirements in FileNet implementations.
  • Possess excellent documentation skills to create comprehensive technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they become critical.
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful FileNet solutions that meet business objectives.
Certifications Required

IBM Certified Specialist - FileNet P8 V5.2.1 or higher
Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $48,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
