In this role, you will
- Lead the requirement gathering workshop with the business customers
- Ability to create a solution based on client requirements (e.g. data flows, journeys, etc.)
- Cross-channel communications using all modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of SFMC, including data and system management and reporting.
- Actively participating in project design meetings providing vision and guidance
What you'll need to succeed (required skills)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience.
- 5+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience for both transactional and marketing notification with Email and SMS.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing marketing automation workflows
- Experience with managing dynamic content with Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working on different integration patterns with Enterprise systems (Customer Data, etc)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications.
