THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Seller Onboarding Manager is responsible for leading a strong end to end experience through onboarding new sellers onto the Marketplace platform.

You'll accomplish all this by:
  • Serve as a key leader in the setup and build of the seller onboarding function, building the necessary processes and best practices that will be adopted by newly acquired sellers onto the platform.
  • Guide and lead new sellers with account setup, providing support for any issues they encounter, and educating them on best practices to ensure their success.
  • Partner in the creation and then delivery of resources and needed training on best practices, product listing, and compliance with the Marketplace policies.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams as we build our Marketplace onboarding plan to ensure alignment with key functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with sellers enhance product listings by ensuring accuracy, relevance, and high-quality content for better visibility and sales.
  • Train the seller team on how to best leverage the Ulta marketplace platform as they look to acquire new brands
  • Address and resolve any issues sellers face during onboarding and post onboarding, offering support to the sellers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketplace team( to ensure sellers and their products are set up for success after onboarding.
  • Work with sellers to gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  • Build strong relationships with sellers to drive engagement and long-term success on the platform.
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 3-5 years experience in retail, e-commerce or account management
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and seller operations, including end to end onboarding processes on a marketplace platform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sellers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including seller onboarding, product listing, and order management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work.
  • Team player who is willing to collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Passionate about e-commerce and excited about the opportunity to help sellers succeed on the platform.

The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $116,900.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
