Director, Vendor Enrollment Operations

The Director, Vendor Enrollment Operations is responsible for establishing and maintaining processing excellence in Corpay Vendor Enrollment operations. The Director will lead capacity planning, data optimization and VE operations teams. These teams ensure Corpay vendor enrollment processes customer data thoroughly and accurately to optimize revenue and drive operational efficiency. The Director is charged with executing strategic plans, removing obstacles to success and providing guidance for associates to achieve data company goals. The position will identify process, systems and data improvements necessary to maximize enrollments, drive continuous improvement, identify cost savings, realize efficiencies and maintain data integrity.

As a Director, Vendor Enrollment Operations you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Responsibilities

  • Communicating required strategic changes to Vice President Vendor Enrollment
  • Partnering with Corpay stakeholders to identify required process improvements, technical enhancements and strategic customer support needs
  • Overseeing VE Operations functions including campaign loads and capacity management, flow of work into and out of the VE organization, and management of specialty payment servicing and processing.
  • Working cross functionally to improve customer throughput and service
  • Strategically leading data improvement initiatives based on identified gaps in existing data sources
  • Representing the business in systems / architecture enhancement efforts
  • Communicating to the organization and key stakeholders regarding process changes that will impact the timing or quality of Vendor Enrollment deliverables
  • Partnering with business personnel to implement data driven process improvement
  • Developing and administers strategic plans and special projects
  • Operating as a Vendor Enrollment subject matter expert on business systems and related data
  • Leading day to day activities of management personnel
  • Working with direct reports to drive continuous improvement, develop analytical skills, develop performance improvements, build leadership skills and develop leadership depth
  • Ensuring adherence to company policy and procedures
  • Strong customer service focus

  • Reacts quickly and calmly to resolve stakeholder issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision
  • This role is a leader of leaders, focused on talent development with the ability to drive work through a leadership team.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience leading operations and technical teams. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry with expertise in Virtual Card processing preferred
  • Experience building, leading and evaluating team performance
  • Experience leading technical teams with an emphasis on master data management
  • Strategic Project Management experience preferred
  • Data management and enterprise reporting experience preferred
