Finance Shared Services is currently seeking a Senior Business Unit Integrator to join the team in Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ or Ridley Park, PA.

In this role, the successful candidate will provide oversight and guidance to finance employees in defense-related roles within Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) and Boeing Global Services-Government (BGS-G). Position Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex financial issues
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Develop and recommend process improvements, tools, training, and templates
  • Address internal and external compliance inquiries
  • Support the priorities of defense businesses, programs, and internal finance leadership
  • Provide subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions
  • Initiate assignments and lead integration of variance analyses
  • Provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
  • Support defense programs as a Financial Controls/Business Unit Integrator
  • Work across multiple facets of the program lifecycle, including Development, Production, and/or Sustainment
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) programs and customer reporting (both internal and external)
  • Utilize strong knowledge of finance functional relationships and processes
  • Assist and support teammates in navigating complex financial challenges


This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite
  • 5+ years of experience in a related finance position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, or Financial Planning
  • 5+ years of experience working with the financial EAC process, LRBP & forecast process, budget baseline process, control account EAC process, and Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting (CSPR)
  • 3+ year of experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience with EVM applying DFARS requirements
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing integrated master tools (i.e. CSPR Cost, Schedule, and Reporting)
  • Experience leading teams formally or informally - with passion for assisting, developing and coaching peer and/or junior employees
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing data to drive business decisions
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience supporting audits (Defense Contracts Audit Agency (DCAA), SOx, Deloitte & Touche (D&T), Corp, etc.)
  • Experience using strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience as a motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail to help explain the program financials to the CFOs

Summary pay range: $99,450 - $143,750
