Senior Compliance Policy Analyst - Corporate Compliance

Under the overall supervision of the Director, Compliance Governance the Senior Compliance Policy Analyst will assist with the development and execution of policy management across the enterprise. You will coordinate and oversee the governance process for policy management standardization and collaborate with leadership as it relates to the creation and maintenance of hospital policies and procedures. In addition, oversee the policy technology solution and perform Auditing & Monitoring responsibilities as appropriate.

This is a full time day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.

Preferred Criteria
  • Master's degree. Years of experience in a specialty area can be substituted for degree requirements
  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CCEP, CHC, CHRC, CHC-F) - from SCCE, HCCA, AHIMA or IAAP


Required Criteria
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in healthcare compliance and privacy or related fields
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local compliance laws, regulations and guidance
  • Report writing experience and Policy & Procedure development experience
  • High level of analytical, written, & oral communication skills with the ability to negotiate sensitive issues when needed

$74,000-$149,000/Annual
