Position Summary:
The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the proposal department and overseeing end-to-end proposal development, including statements of qualifications and other marketing efforts. Collaborate company-wide to gather necessary information for RFP requirements and lead the creation of proposal documents from inception to delivery.

The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the proposal department and overseeing end-to-end proposal development, including statements of qualifications and other marketing efforts. Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, graphic design, technical writing, or related field.
- 7+ years' relevant experience in the construction or engineering field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Procore Construction and CRM software preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-dependent, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and with varying expertise.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
