Job Description
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for understanding the changes being made in our tools and translating those changes into easy-to-follow training materials. You will:
- Partner with product owners and release management to document changes in each release.
- Develop training and in-app guidance for smooth adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with product release timelines and feature development.
- Participate in sprint planning and review sessions to anticipate training needs.
- Use Jira to track relevant stories and release impacts.
- Create clear, engaging training materials, including tooltips, walkthroughs, knowledge articles and other in-app guidance content.
- Continuously refine training content to match the evolving needs of users and ensure it remains relevant with each release.
- Leverage in-app tools to provide interactive guidance for seamless user adoption.
- Develop guidelines and best practices that create a consistent learning experience.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and end users to continuously improve training content.
- Monitor adoption metrics and training engagement.
Who You Are
You're an excellent communicator with a talent for making information clear and accessible. Here's what else you bring to the table:
Minimum:
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training for new software features.
- Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, engagement and readability.
Preferred:
- Experience with in-app guidance tools (e.g., WalkMe, Pendo, etc.).
- Familiarity using Jira for tracking user stories and requirements.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Certifications in Salesforce, Scaled Agile or Green Belt.
