Decagon is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale our best-in-class Product & Design teams. In this role, you'll work closely with our founders, product leadership, and cross-functional partners to own and optimize the entire hiring funnel - from sourcing to close.

About the Role:
Decagon is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale our best-in-class Product & Design teams. In this role, you'll work closely with our founders, product leadership, and cross-functional partners to own and optimize the entire hiring funnel - from sourcing to close.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience hiring high-caliber technical talent
- Have operated in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates
- Understand how to partner with Functional Leaders and Founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the company
- Have deep knowledge on the Product & Design talent market and an expansive network within it
- Have built and optimized hiring processes from the ground up
- Understand how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts
- Have experience building teams in an AI or SaaS company
