Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Provide detailed and transparent status reports to project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, including scope creep and change requests.
- Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.
- Follow defined project management processes and best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
- Support proposal development with input from technical and financial teams.
- Manage external suppliers, including contracts and performance oversight.
- Contribute to the operation and methodology of the Project Management Office.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, project engineering, systems engineering, or product development.
- Proven experience managing hardware programs, ensuring successful development, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency with project management frameworks, tools, and software.
- Experience with government and commercial aerospace customers.
- Familiarity with launch vehicles and/or payload development and hands-on experience with CubeSats, Small Satellites, or other space-based platforms.
- Travel up to 30% as required.
