The Sr. Manager, Compensation is a member of the North America Compensation team and part of the broader Global Total Rewards team. This role will work across the Total Rewards team and Human Resources functions to help drive compensation initiatives and support the business with compensation programs, policies and guidelines, in alignment with our Compensation philosophy.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner on the development and implementation of compensation policies, guidelines and programs, and recommend improvements and revisions that are consistent with philosophy, compensation trends and company strategy.
  • Support incentive plan strategy and communications with a focus on governance, process refinements, audits, and overall execution.
  • Manage ongoing review of compensation for key business functions, partnering with stakeholders on strategy and approach. Establish analytical frameworks and models that are repeatable, and can be used and applied consistently for global populations.
  • Support pay transparency and compliance initiatives, including the EU Pay Directive, reporting, and internal compliance policies and practices.
  • Perform job evaluations and leveling, market pricing and grading of roles; support pay range analysis and STI/LTI alignment; and, manage review of spans and layers.
  • Manage and/or support global work on compensation policies, practices, education and training. Lead communication and change management initiatives.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible compensation experience in a global organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience across compensation fundamentals, including job evaluation, job architecture, market pricing, pay analysis, incentive plan design, and compensation program administration.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to tell a story through data.
