We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager - Foremarket to lead the Air Solutions business development efforts within our LS&E (Life Sciences & Environment) division. Based from our Washington, NC location, this remote leadership role is responsible for identifying and capturing new market opportunities, managing key accounts, and shaping the foremarket strategy to drive long-term growth in North America.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the regional foremarket strategy for air filtration solutions across industrial, commercial, and high-purity applications
- Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies aligned with LS&E's strategic growth objectives
- Engage directly with key customers, industry stakeholders, and channel partners to understand market needs and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with product management, R&D, and global business units to influence product roadmaps based on market trends and customer insights
- Drive strategic account planning and customer relationship management to expand market share
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments to inform strategic positioning
- Represent MANN+HUMMEL at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field
Experience:
- Five (5) years' minimum experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing in industrial filtration, HVAC, or related clean air technologies
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated success in growing new business segments and leading strategic customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of air filtration systems and environmental solution markets
- Experience with lifecycle-based selling and total cost of ownership (TCO) approaches
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce
- Ability to travel up to 50%, (mainly domestic, but may include occasional international as needed)
