We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our team. The goal of a Learning & Development Manager at Wisk is to ensure that technologies and processes are in place for all Wisk employees to learn effectively and contribute to Wisk's High Performance culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of measurable learning and performance solutions that meet the company's strategic goals and objectives. In addition, you will play a key leadership role in the Performance and Goal Setting processes in Workday, our HRIS system.
This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View, CA. office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.
In this role you will bring your proven track record in learning & performance strategy creation, implementation, and administration to the team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and adept at problem-solving, with the ability to manage projects & performance programs, and lead change effectively. A passion for learning and development, coupled with a strong understanding of technology's role in facilitating growth and performance, is essential.

Pay Range the Company expects to pay: $151,513 - $178,250 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.

What you will do:
- You will maintain and administer Wisk's Learning and Performance Technology systems & processes (LMS-360Learning / Skills Software-Skillsbase / Talent/Performance System-Workday) and recommend new solutions & processes as needed to support the business.
- You will serve as an active partner to the director in executing Wisk's annual goal setting and performance review processes.
- You will co-develop the strategy, implementation initiatives, solutions, and success metrics for all programs that reinforce Learning & Talent development across the organization
- You will plan and execute learning-related projects and programs using best in class communication and project/change management skills.
- As a Learning & Development Manager, you will help provide guidance and recommendations for continued learning and development solutions that will keep our employees skilled and enable FAA certification of our aircraft.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a relevant Learning/Talent/Organizational Effectiveness discipline with at least 8+ years of Learning & Development experience.
- You have a passion for administering learning technologies (LMS), instructional design and adult learning theory.
- You have hands-on experience in managing enterprise-wide learning systems & programs that drive Performance across the organization.
- LMS and HCM System administration and business process experience - ideally in 360Learning and/or Workday.
