SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is the Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Medical Director responsible for aligning the direction and oversight of medical operations, clinical services and practice sites. Accountable for reviewing recruitment needs of physicians and APPs, and for interviewing and evaluating candidates. Other responsibilities include all aspects of management including, financial outcomes, budgeting, quality and safety, access and patient satisfaction.

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school required.
- ACGME accredited residency training in OB/GYN required.
- Board-certified in OB/GYN.
- Eligibility for permanent, unrestricted licensure in Pennsylvania required.
- Previous administrative and management/leadership experience required.
- BLS required.
- Two (2) years of experience in OB/GYN required.
