Telehealth Physical Therapist (PT)

We are looking for a Telehealth Physical Therapist who is licensed in the practicing state to provide support for our Oregon facilities as needed. Primarily supporting our Keizer and Woodburn locations.
Schedule: Full-time
Work Location: Remote
Pay: $45/HR - $55/HR (DOE)
Summary:
The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician's treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
- Hold licensure as outlined by the Board of Physical Therapy in the employment state.
