We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Vice President of IT. This position will collaborate closely with Senior Leaders to drive the technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations and will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies, decision support, automation, and overall digital transformation. This position manages budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to optimize cost-effectiveness with high service standards.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years in IT leadership roles
Experience managing enterprise IT architecture and systems
Experience leading cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and IT governance
Experience with business process optimization
Strong stakeholder management skills
Oracle experience preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Aligns IT strategy with corporate objectives, ensuring digital transformation supports business growth
Leads the development and execution of an enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy. Proven ability to lead complex systems and data projects associated with M&A, including but not limited to the separation of data & technology platforms into stand-alone businesses, operational separation, and/or integrations
Champions emerging technologies, drives innovation, and ensures digital enablement. Oversees the management and optimization of critical business systems
Establishes strong governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance
Manages IT budgets, optimizes spending, and demonstrates financial acumen
Collaborates with C-suite, vendors, and key internal and external stakeholders
Manages and supports both internal systems and customer-facing systems to ensure they meet business needs
Ensures robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure that aligns with business needs. Requires thoughtful data architecture vs. heavy core systems investment. Will make select IT enhancements only to address critical business needs
Builds and leads high-performing IT teams; fosters digital culture
