Celigo is seeking a strategic and employee-centric People Experience Business Partner who will work closely with leadership to drive key people programs, enhance employee experience, and contribute to the overall success of our teams. You'll partner with executives and business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, while also driving initiatives around onboarding, performance reviews, and engagement.

Who we are looking for:
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $130,000 and $145,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives across the business to guide people strategy, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Design and implement HR programs tailored to the needs of the CX, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.
- Lead and contribute to initiatives that span the entire employee journey-from onboarding to exit-including initiatives such as:
- Develop and implement a company-wide Employee Experience Playbook that defines what it feels like to work at Celigo
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for new hires.
- Support the performance review process, working with leaders to drive a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Support hybrid and remote populations: Develop initiatives that ensure all employees feel included and equipped to succeed, regardless of their location.
- Advocate culture: Infuse Celigo's mission, values, and collaborative spirit into every aspect of the employee experience, creating moments that matter from onboarding to departure.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives such as leadership development, diversity & inclusion efforts, and career development.
- Analyze HR data and people metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions that enhance employee experience and business outcomes. Execute strategic initiatives based on these insights to improve engagement, retention, and overall team performance.
- Evaluate and improve programs: Use data-driven insights, including engagement scores and participation metrics, to refine and measure the success of programs.
- Vendor management: Work with external vendors to deliver high-quality resources and tools that enhance employee engagement and connection.
- Present and advocate for employee experience initiatives and metrics to senior leaders, employees, and key stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in People (HR) roles with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership coaching.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives that drive measurable improvements in employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to champion initiatives and present to senior leaders.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (advanced certifications are a bonus).
