Telecom Tower Designer

Job Description

Do you have a passion for tower design and a knack for problem-solving?

Selectek is searching for a talented and experienced Remote Tower Designer to join our growing team. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and modify telecommunication towers using AutoCAD.
• Conduct thorough research on site information, aerial imagery, local codes, and utilities.
• Develop both conceptual and detailed tower drawings.
• Preferred experience working with AT&T carrier specifications.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members (a plus).

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with AutoCAD and tower design.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of local zoning codes, building regulations, and utility infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
