The Regional HR Business Partner - Global Operations & Technology (GO&T) is responsible for providing human resources strategic guidance, leadership and HR support to the GO&T organization in San Jose - CA site. This role manages the areas of employee relations, talent strategy, engagement, retention, and execution of HR deliverables/programs locally. Informs Global HR Line of Business Partners of local operational issues to influence Corporate & BU business strategy as appropriate as well as working as the local partner for creating and implementing initiatives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- The Regional HRBP understands the business strategies of the client groups they support and translates them into a cohesive HR strategy at the local level. They pro-actively bring the business and people agendas together.
- Aligns the Corporate and BU Strategies and programs/initiatives with local requirements to develop and drive HR programs (Legislation, Corporate Social Responsibility, DE&I, Brand development etc.).
- Develop, coordinate and align local HR programs to drive ADI as an Employer of Choice within the local community.
- Responsible for employee relations management, investigations and resolution if required.
- Champions and promote proper communication with the respective client groups.
- Drive local talent agenda to support business goals.
- Responsible for compliance to all local regulations and ensure management alignment to laws, policies and procedures.
- Enhance HR by integrating established best practices and by developing strong work relationships with the CoEs as to effectively address needs.
- Manage execution and delivery of HR programs and services across the assigned location.

- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
