About the Role:
We are excited to hire our first Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role will be critical in enabling our CEO to focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing their schedule, communications, and day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with other senior leaders and be a trusted partner in helping drive Nirvana's. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth tech company and play a key role at the executive level.

We set our salary ranges using compensation data from companies similar to our stage and size For this role, the estimated salary range for this position is $114,000 - $166,000. The actual base salary will vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including location, job-related knowledge, transferable skills, work experience and our assessment of your level during the interview process. Nirvana offers equity for all full-time employees, which is not included in the range listed above and will have an impact on your overall compensation.

What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring time is aligned with key priorities
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communications
- Assist with investor relations and board communications, including scheduling and logistics
- Help drive cross-functional initiatives by tracking action items and ensuring follow-through
- Support event planning, team offsites, and special projects as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
About You
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and efficiency
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
- This is an in office role in San Francisco. You will be expected to be in the office unless our CEO is traveling.
