Salesforce Architect

As the senior technical resource on our System Operations team, you will partner with business stakeholders, developers, and admins to ensure our Salesforce ecosystem is scalable, secure, and built for the future. This is a highly collaborative role with a focus on delivering elegant, maintainable solutions that drive business value.
What you will accomplish:

• Lead architecture design and strategy across the Salesforce platform
• Drive technical solutions for Salesforce including CPQ, subscription billing, and integrations
• Help define architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to admins and developers
• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Writing documentation and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

What you will bring:

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with expertise in architecture and solution design.
• Proficient in SQL, SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, and VisualForce.
• Strong background in system integrations (ERP, CLM, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues.
• Ability to project manage.
• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (Application or System Architect, CTA a plus)
