As a Power Platform Developer, you will support the client's modernization initiatives by designing, developing, and deploying scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform components. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions, ensure enterprise integration, and contribute to agile development efforts.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will support the client's modernization initiatives by designing, developing, and deploying scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform components. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions, ensure enterprise integration, and contribute to agile development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create user interfaces, data models, workflows, and reports to support modernization efforts.
- Develop and maintain end-user documentation and provide ongoing application support.
- Analyze and interpret data to optimize business processes and improve decision-making.
- Support defect remediation and participate in system testing to ensure solution quality.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with backend systems, including SQL Server and SharePoint.
- Leverage Azure DevOps for project collaboration, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
- Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise integration strategies.
- Experience developing technical solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and backend system integrations.
- 1+ year of experience using Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly, scalable applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of relational database concepts and enterprise integration principles.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate is preferred.
